Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid ParshCaption AI subscriptions (Creator, Pro and Agency plans).

Beta / demo payment mode

ParshCaption AI is currently in beta. All billing runs through a simulated Demo Payment Mode — no real money is charged, so no refunds are applicable during this period. Any "upgrade" performed during beta is for evaluation purposes only.

When live billing is enabled

Once real payments are enabled, the following will apply: subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). If you experience a billing error or were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a review.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

Usage minutes

Monthly transcription minutes do not roll over between billing periods and are not eligible for cash refund or credit if unused.
